Itinerary

You will be met at Hurghada Port then transferred to Hurghada Airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you are taken to Giza Plateau for the iconic view of Great Pyramids of Giza and Great Sphinx, and visit the Egyptian Museum to see its fabulous collection of ancient antiques.

  • The Great Pyramids of Giza:

The Great Pyramids of Giza are the largest and most famous pyramids in Egypt, made over 4,500 years ago. Consisting of the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, these pyramids are a testament to the sheer skill of engineering possessed and the grandeur demanded by the pharaohs.

  • The Great Sphinx:

The Great Sphinx is a monumental limestone statue featuring a body said to be modeled on that of a lion and the head of a king. Resting on the Giza Plateau, the Sphinx protects the pyramids and acts as a symbolic representation of the power and wisdom of royal authority.

  • Egyptian Museum:

The Egyptian Museum in Cairo holds about 250,000 ancient Egyptian artifacts throughout the several millennia of Egyptian history. Among the renowned pieces are Tutankhamun's treasures, such as his gold mask, jewelry, and funerary possessions, all housed in the Egyptian Museum.


 

After breakfast at the hotel early in the morning, start your visit to:

  • The Valley of the Kings:

The Valley of the Kings is one of the most important highlights of the development of the construction of tomb in Egypt. It was called by the Ancient Egyptians (Ta-Maat) or the place of justice and truth. It is one of the most important attractions in Luxor.
It is a long, narrow defile on the west bank of Luxor, which was part of ancient Thebes. It was the burial site of almost all the pharaohs of the New Kingdom (1550-1080 BC).

  • Hatshepsut Temple:

The temple of Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahary is unique among the Egyptian temples. It is built in three terraces to commemorate the coronation of Hatshepsut.
Hatshepsut’s famous expedition to the land of Punt (Somalia) is depicted on the second terrace.
It is an amazing temple, you will like and enjoy it.

Completing your Luxor day tour, with visiting more iconic landmarks like the Colossi of Memnon as well as the temples of Karnak, the Luxor journey across Nile banks on the West takes place.

  • Colossi of Memnon:

Among activities at the recent archaeological site include the Colossi of Memnon is two massive statues of Pharoah Amenhotep III. He built them for centuries. These imposing statues flanked the approach to an enormous temple where the highest point was for photographers and sightseers.

  • Temple of Karnak:

The Karnak temples constitute the largest religious compound ever built, dedicated to the god Amun, his consort Mut, and their son Khonsu. The temples include avenues of sphinxes leading up to monumental pylon gate and large temple grounds that mirror the unbelievable mix of ancient Egyptian architecture and religious context from different periods.

At the end of the journey, the driver will drive you back to the port of Hurghada, with the shore excursion completed.

  • Our prices are listed in US Dollars per person, per trip. However, payments can be made in any other currency.
  •  transportation fees, or government taxes.
  • The tour packages do not include travel insurance or visa fees.

Booking Confirmation:

  • After booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
  • We offer a low down payment of just 25% to secure your tour and travel arrangements, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, and domestic flights. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your trip or in cash upon arrival to your tour manager, making your booking risk-free.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour starts: 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 20-29 days before the tour starts: 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 15-19 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 11-14 days before the tour starts: 75% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the tour starts: No refund.

Children’s Policy:

  • Children under 2 years: Free
  • Children aged 2 to 6 years: 25% of the adult price
  • Children aged 6 to 11 years: 50% of the adult price
  • Children 12 years and older: Full adult price

  • The children’s policy applies only to children sharing a room with their parents (maximum of one child per room).
  • If your tour includes flights, additional charges may apply for children.

  • Tips for Your Guide and Driver: While tips are not included in the tour price, it is customary to offer your guide and driver a gratuity at the end of the trip.
  • Unforeseen Costs: In unexpected situations, such as inclement weather, flight cancellations, or delays, travelers are responsible for extra expenses such as additional hotel nights or meals.

Optional Visits and Entrance Fees:

  • Please note that our tours do not cover entrance fees to special archaeological sites, such as the interior of the Pyramids, the Mummies Room in the Egyptian Museum, or the tomb of Tutankhamun in Luxor’s Valley of the Kings. However, these visits can be added to your itinerary as optional excursions.

Tipping is not included in any of our packages and is entirely at the traveler’s discretion. While it is not mandatory, tips are an important way to show appreciation for the hard work of the local staff and guides who make your experience memorable.

Here are some general guidelines for tipping:

  • Tour Guide: $20 per person per day.
  • Driver: $5 - $10 per day.
  • Nile Cruise Crew: $20 - $30 per person for the duration of the cruise (for the entire crew).
