Itinerary

Your flight manager meets you at Cairo International Airport. He will help you finalize the required formalities at the airport. He will then escort you to the hotel in a private, air-conditioned luxury vehicle. At the hotel, your tour manager helps you check in smoothly and then reviews your vacation package itinerary with you to reconfirm the meeting times for each tour and activity in preparation for the start of your Egypt Luxury Tour. Overnight in Cairo.

After a healthy and hearty breakfast at the hotel, your guide will take you to the Giza Plateau to initiate your visit, marveling at one of the Seven Wonders of the World-the Great Pyramids of Giza. Viewing of the iconic Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Thereafter, lunch will be served at a local Egyptian restaurant, after which you will head to the New Grand Egyptian Museum, an archaeological museum on Giza, Egypt, some 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) away from the Giza pyramid complex. Drop-off service will be provided at your hotel afterward.

After a hearty Egyptian breakfast, you will be driven to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, where you will see royal mummies and an astonishing collection that tells the great, diverse history of Egypt. From there, From there, continue your luxury Egypt tour and transfer first to Old Cairo, where some of the oldest standing churches in the country will be visited. After a tasty lunch at a local restaurant, continue the historical exploration by visiting Salah El-Din Citadel, where you will tour the grand Mohammed Ali Mosque and watch the panoramic views of Cairo.

Check out of your hotel in the morning. Transfer to Cairo airport for a domestic flight to Luxor. Your tour manager will meet you at the airport of Luxor and take you by air-conditioned car to your hotel for check-in.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel in the morning. Transfer to start the Egypt Nile cruise in Luxor. Enjoy lunch on board your motor ship on the Nile. Start your tours in Luxor with the East Bank of the Nile to visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. Dinner and overnight on the cruise ship.

Optional tour: to enjoy sound and light performances at Karnak Temple.

After breakfast, enjoy the magnificent Luxor trip to the royal tombs of the 62 Pharaohs, the Valley of the Kings. Visit the legendary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built in 1500 BC. After that, you visit the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch on board and sail to Edfu, then enjoy a leisurely dinner. Overnight aboard the Nile Cruise.

Enjoy your breakfast in the morning. Lunch will be served on board to enjoy an Egypt luxury trip by flight to Egypt before visiting the most preserved temple, the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Then visit the temple shared by two gods, Sobek and Horus, in Kom Ombo. Return to the ship and enjoy afternoon tea while sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.

  • Our prices are listed in US Dollars per person, per trip. However, payments can be made in any other currency.

  • The tour packages do not include travel insurance or visa fees.

Booking Confirmation:

  • After booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
  • We offer a low down payment of just 25% to secure your tour and travel arrangements, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, and domestic flights. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your trip or in cash upon arrival to your tour manager, making your booking risk-free.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour starts: 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 20-29 days before the tour starts: 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 15-19 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 11-14 days before the tour starts: 75% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the tour starts: No refund.

Children’s Policy:

  • Children under 2 years: Free
  • Children aged 2 to 6 years: 25% of the adult price
  • Children aged 6 to 11 years: 50% of the adult price
  • Children 12 years and older: Full adult price

  • The children’s policy applies only to children sharing a room with their parents (maximum of one child per room).
  • If your tour includes flights, additional charges may apply for children.

  • Visa and Passport Fees: Check your visa requirements and passport validity before traveling.

  • Tips for Your Guide and Driver: While tips are not included in the tour price, it is customary to offer your guide and driver a gratuity at the end of the trip.
  • Unforeseen Costs: In unexpected situations, such as inclement weather, flight cancellations, or delays, travelers are responsible for extra expenses such as additional hotel nights or meals.

Optional Visits and Entrance Fees:

  • Please note that our tours do not cover entrance fees to special archaeological sites, such as the interior of the Pyramids, the Mummies Room in the Egyptian Museum, or the tomb of Tutankhamun in Luxor’s Valley of the Kings. However, these visits can be added to your itinerary as optional excursions.

Tipping is not included in any of our packages and is entirely at the traveler’s discretion. While it is not mandatory, tips are an important way to show appreciation for the hard work of the local staff and guides who make your experience memorable.

Here are some general guidelines for tipping:

  • Tour Guide: $20 per person per day.
  • Driver: $5 - $10 per day.
  • Nile Cruise Crew: $20 - $30 per person for the duration of the cruise (for the entire crew).
